Return Policy for Physical Books & Merchandise
Once you have made your purchase, you will have 24 hours to request a refund after book has been delivered. A refund will only be issued for unopened packages return within 5 business days.
If the product is damage a new product will be sent at no additional charge after the damaged items are returned.
Return Policy for ebooks and Audiobooks
There is no refund for ebooks or Audiobooks. Please review the supported devicess for all ebooks on the ebook shopping page.
